カットしてみました。(I cut the cheese.)

胡桃とオレンジの皮を混ぜたチーズ。
製造から6週間経ち切ってみました。
3/4は再度真空パックし保存。

Cheese mixed with walnuts and orange zest.
I cut it after 6 weeks of production.
3/4 of it was vacuum packed again and stored.
