2月2日に製造した小さなラクレットチーズ の表面が綺麗なオレンジ色になりました。
溶かしてじゃがいもの上にのせて食べるのが楽しみです。
The little raclette cheese we made on February 2 has turned a beautiful orange color.
I am looking forward to melting it and eating it on top of potatoes.
