チェダーチーズ作り( We made cheddar cheese )

チェダーチーズとクリームチーズ、ホエーリコッタチーズを作りました。チェダーはプレーンと黒胡椒、ワインです。真空パックを行い、３ヶ月熟成の予定です。

We made cheddar cheese, cream cheese and whey ricotta cheese.
The cheddar is plain, black pepper and wine. It will be vacuum packed and aged for 3 months.
